SUSZYCKI
She mentioned an easement to gain access if we are unable to see anything from
the gate.
08/11/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the history for the parcel. SUSZYCKI
No septic permits have ever been taken out for the parcel but a system is shown
to exist on a map from a well permit from 1984.
08/12/2021 Discussed complaint with Michael Suszycki, EHS. There were several concerns
regarding hazardous materials on the property. Left for the site to investigate the
complaint with Kristina Saetern, EHS, and Michael Suszycki, REHS. The EHD was
also joined by the San Joaquin County Sherriff's office and Juanita Huerta, code
enforcement officer. The deputies determined that more deputies would be
needed to investigate the area and a site visit was not conducted.
Michael ended up getting access to the property and discovered hazardous
materials on site. Discussed the hazardous materials observed with him and
Melissa Nissim, program coordinator.
ALANIZ
08/12/2021 Spoke with a translator for the man that we spoke with that lived in the RV on the SUSZYCKI
property. I told the translator that the property owner is ultimately responsible for
the violations but we need the RV to stop dumping sewage into the ditch and
properly dispose of it.
51carpt Page 1 of 2
