When we SUSZYCKI <br />arrived the western portion of the parcel was gated off. There were many <br />structures on the parcel. According to COD none of the structures were permitted <br />and the parcel was supposed to be vacant. I observed the remnants of an old <br />cannabis grow and several greenhouses. <br />Currently there are multiple RV's on site. I observed two of them dumping sewage <br />into a ditch that leads to the canal. Aldara translated for one of the RV occupants. <br />He stated that the owner allows him to stay there but dosen't really do anything <br />with the property. I posted the property with a Sewage Disposal Notice. CDD did <br />not post anything but stated that they would go after the improper use of the <br />property and lack of building permits. <br />While we at the property a truck pulled up and dumped off three large totes full of <br />a blueish colored liquid. The driver stated that he did not live there. <br />08/12/2021 Discussed the chemical situation with John and made a chemical list. Sent the list SUSZYCKI <br />to Melissa. <br />08/12/2021 visited property with Mike, the Sheriffs and code enforcement SALINAS <br />08/19/2021 Discussed the case with Carol and gave her information for her investigation into SUSZYCKI <br />the improperly stored chemicals. <br />08/20/2021 Used the pictures taken to create a detailed photographic log with the posted SUSZYCKI <br />violations cited. Turned the complaint in for review. <br />08/20/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO BALLWAH N <br />LOG DATED 08/12/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />NGO, THAM P ETAL <br />2319 OGDEN SANNAZOR DR <br />TRACY CA 95377-8902 <br />09/21/2021 got a call from one of the residents and asked about the <br />amount of time they are allowed to be there. I explained that usually, they would <br />post it at the Recreational Vehicles the red tag and explained what happens and <br />what could happen if the sheriffs are called. I suggested to give Jose Z a call from <br />code enforcement since he is more familiar. He stated that two weeks after we <br />went, code enforcement showed up with the owner but did not post any red tag. <br />SALINAS <br />02/17/2022 Received a invoice for the bill sent back in the mail. Looked up the owner's SUSZYCKI <br />address and updated it in Envision. <br />04/05/2022 Reviewed the complaint and found that there has not been any mention of the SUSZYCKI <br />violations being corrected. <br />I will ask Scott to put it on CST for a status check. <br />04/14/2022 Visited property with the Sheriffs department and code enforcement. We met SALINAS <br />Fidel Figueroa stated he does not live there and takes care of the animals and <br />cleans up the property. No longer Recreational vehicles on the property.
