Hydrant Spacing: Hydrants shall not be distributed more <br /> than 400 feet apart or no more than 200 feet from the <br /> building to be protected. <br /> e. Engineering Plans: An engineered plan showing mains, <br /> valves, and hydrants shall be submitted to the Woodbridge <br /> Rural Fire Protection District for approval prior to <br /> installation of the system. <br /> f . Cul-de-sacs shall be a minimum of 80 feet in diameter. <br /> Streets and the water system are to be in place prior to <br /> the start of any building construction. <br /> 3. San Joaquin Local Health District : <br /> a. All lots are to be connected to public sewer and water <br /> systems. <br /> b. The public water system must meet the requirements of the <br /> Local Health District and Title 22 of the California <br /> Administrative Code. <br /> 4. Department of Public Works: <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of <br /> San Joaquin Department of Public Works. All improvement <br /> plans and specifications must be approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to appro- <br /> val of the Final Map. <br /> b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior <br /> to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin to <br /> insure the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year <br /> after filing the Final Map. <br /> c. The private street shall be improved with a 32-foot mini- <br /> mum paved section with curbs and gutters, in compliance <br /> with County Public Works standards. Mokelumne Street <br /> shall be fully improved on the subdivided side in <br /> compliance with County Public Works standards in accor- <br /> dance to the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan, including <br /> pavement widening, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. <br /> d.
