Engineering Plans: An engineered plan showing mains, valves, and hydrants shall be submitted to the Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District for approval prior to installation of the system. f . Cul-de-sacs shall be a minimum of 80 feet in diameter. Streets and the water system are to be in place prior to the start of any building construction. 3. San Joaquin Local Health District : a. All lots are to be connected to public sewer and water systems. b. The public water system must meet the requirements of the Local Health District and Title 22 of the California Administrative Code. 4. Department of Public Works: a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to appro- val of the Final Map. b. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin to insure the completion of improvements within one ( 1 ) year after filing the Final Map. c. The private street shall be improved with a 32-foot mini- mum paved section with curbs and gutters, in compliance with County Public Works standards. Mokelumne Street shall be fully improved on the subdivided side in compliance with County Public Works standards in accor- dance to the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan, including pavement widening, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. d.
