All lots shall have frontage on the interior private road. <br /> The private driveway accessing Lots 91 , 92 , and 93 is not <br /> acceptable. <br /> f . The developer shall agree to contribute financially to an <br /> area of benefit or other finance mechanism acceptable to <br /> the County for construction of the road extension to the <br /> south and the proposed Chestnut/Woodbridge Street Bridge <br /> across the Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal . <br /> g. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision development . The aceptance <br /> or approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br /> relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the respon- <br /> sibility of providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> h. A public water system shall be provided which conforms to <br /> the requirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works . The system shall provide ade- <br /> quate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection, <br /> in accordance to the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the Woodbridge Rural Fire District . An inter- <br /> connection shall be made with the well for River Meadows <br /> Unit No. 3 , as proposed on the tentative map. <br /> i . The public sewer system shall be constructed in confor- <br /> mance with the requirements of the Local Health District , <br /> the Department of Public Works, and the Woodbridge <br /> Sanitary District . <br /> j . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees <br /> to Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District for the utility <br /> services from the time the improvements are accepted by <br /> the County to the end of the Fiscal Year , or up to a one <br /> ( 1 ) year period, as the case may be . <br /> k. All utilities shall be underground . A 60-foot-wide Public <br /> Utilities Easement shall be provided, including each pri- <br /> vate street , or as required by the utilities company and <br /> the Department of Public Works. <br /> 1 . Street light shall be provided throughout the subdivision <br /> and maintained by the Homeowners Association. Street <br /> light is also required on Mokelumne Street , and the lights <br /> will be maintained by the Woodbridge Lighting District . <br /> m. The applicant shall dedicate and improve the portion of <br /> Woodbridge Road adjoining the subdivision in conformance <br /> with the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan. <br />
