The developer shall agree to contribute financially to an area of benefit or other finance mechanism acceptable to the County for construction of the road extension to the south and the proposed Chestnut/Woodbridge Street Bridge across the Woodbridge Irrigation District Canal . g. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision development . The aceptance or approval by the County of the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his engineer) of the respon- sibility of providing an adequate drainage system. h. A public water system shall be provided which conforms to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works . The system shall provide ade- quate water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection, in accordance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge Rural Fire District . An inter- connection shall be made with the well for River Meadows Unit No. 3 , as proposed on the tentative map. i . The public sewer system shall be constructed in confor- mance with the requirements of the Local Health District , the Department of Public Works, and the Woodbridge Sanitary District . j . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees to Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District for the utility services from the time the improvements are accepted by the County to the end of the Fiscal Year , or up to a one ( 1 ) year period, as the case may be . k. All utilities shall be underground . A 60-foot-wide Public Utilities Easement shall be provided, including each pri- vate street , or as required by the utilities company and the Department of Public Works. 1 . Street light shall be provided throughout the subdivision and maintained by the Homeowners Association. Street light is also required on Mokelumne Street , and the lights will be maintained by the Woodbridge Lighting District . m. The applicant shall dedicate and improve the portion of Woodbridge Road adjoining the subdivision in conformance with the Woodbridge Specific Road Plan.
