Item No . _ <br /> PC : 12-18-86 <br /> VR-87-2/SU-87-4 <br /> Page 15 <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> a. A Final Map shall be recorded prior to December 2 , 1986 . <br /> b. The applicant shall submit an in-lieu fee for parkland <br /> dedication. The amount of the fee shall be that in effect <br /> at the time the Final Map is filed . <br /> c. Fencing and landscaping plans shall be consistent with the <br /> provisions of PUD-84-3 and shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for approval prior to filing the Final <br /> Map. <br /> d. The Woodbridge Road access street shall be restricted to <br /> emergency vehicle use only and shall be constructed and <br /> available for use prior to the filing of the Final Map. <br /> The Woodbridge Road access and the street construction <br /> design shall be submitted for approval by the Department <br /> of Public Works . <br /> e. The precise location of the gate and the type of gate <br /> locking mechanism installed shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Director for approval prior to filing the Final <br /> Map. <br /> f . The applicant shall enter into an agreement with Lodi <br /> Unified School District for the payment of school fees <br /> prior to the filing of the Final Map or shall be respon- <br /> sible for the payment of school district fees as required <br /> by Sections 9-9280 through 9-9284 of the County Code. <br /> g. The boundaries and elevations of an Intermediate Regional <br /> ( 100-year) Flood shall be delineated on the Final Map. <br /> h. The applicant shall submit a pedestrian circulation plan <br /> for approval by the Planning Director prior to filing the <br /> Final Map. <br /> i . The "driveway" shown on the tentative map shall be revised <br /> to conform to the right-of-way, street , curb, gutter, and <br /> cul-de-sac requirements established for Unit 1 . <br />
