CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0900118 <br /> Clark <br /> Deviation Application No. PA-0900118 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 30, 2009. The effective date of approval is July 10, 2009. This <br /> approval will expire on January 9, 2011, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be <br /> modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Corinne King, [209]953-7509) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION- BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site Plan required as a <br /> part of the bbilding permit must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site- <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN <br /> CHECK LIST' for details). Foundation and soils investigation shall be conducted in conformance <br /> with Chapter 18 of the California Building Code at the time of permit application. A fee is required for <br /> the Site Plan review. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is to deviate from the maximum height requirement for a single <br /> family residence in the AG Zone of 35 feet to a maximum height of 40 feet as shown on the Site Plan <br /> dated May 5,2009. <br /> c.
