State Route 12, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On June 30, 2009, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved PA- <br /> 0900118 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: .This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$428.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on July 10, 2009.
