The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for PACE SUPPLY CORPORATION as of Septembei27, 2022. Open violations from June 14, 2022 inspection Violation #4 = Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. OBSERVATION The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not accurate. The business owner has not been updated from Pratt Industries, Inc. The Primary Emergency Contact, Jose Guzman, the Secondary Emergency Contact, Pedro Luis Maravilla, and the Environmental Contact, Peter Isho have not worked for this facility for longer than a year. REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan .
