The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PACE SUPPLY CORPORATION as of September27, 2022. <br /> Open violations from June 14, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1 . Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Access and exit points from the streets and gates at the north and south ends of the warehouse. <br /> 4. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br /> 5. Location of the diesel generator. <br /> 6. The topographical information is not accurate and excludes about two thirds of the facility; nothing south of the <br /> transformer is shown. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa,ca,gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #7 - Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The procedures for the <br /> immediate notification of the environmental Health Department (EHD) were not accurate. The phone number for <br /> the EHD was wrongly identified as 209-468-3433 vs. 209-468-3420 (note, the business name has not been updated <br /> from Pratt Retail Specialties) . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br /> release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including , but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers,calepa,ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
