The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PACE SUPPLY CORPORATION as of Septembet27, 2022. <br /> Open violations from June 14, 2022 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #8 - Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program. <br /> OBSERVATION An Employee Training Plan has not been submitted correctly; the location is wrongly identified as <br /> " Facility Information" vs. "Emergency Response and Training Plans', <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following. <br /> (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br /> program agency. <br /> (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> These training programs may take into consideration of each employee. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The business plan information has <br /> not been submitted for 2022. The business plan information was last submitted on 12/9/20. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
