The project must be completed in its entirety within six (6) <br /> months of the date of approval. <br /> c. (Se 7-1000 of he County <br /> Ordinance Cpbde) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface <br /> (excluding trailer parking). Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. Aggregate base may be used for <br /> trailer storage areas. <br /> (2) A minimum of eleven (11) parking spaces shall be provided (excluding truck <br /> parking spaces), including one (1) van accessible space. Accessible spaces <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (One space is required for every 1,000 feet of building area.) (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) Truck parking spaces shall be a minimum of twenty-five (25) feet in length and <br /> fifteen (15)feet in width (Development Title Section 9-1015.6 [c]). <br /> f. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways and parking aisles shall have a width of no less than twenty- <br /> five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except <br /> that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less <br /> than twenty(20)feet wide. <br />
