The project site is located on the north side of <br /> Kasson Road, 3/ mile east of Eleventh Street, east of Tracy (23 100 S. Kasson Road, APN <br /> 239-060-04). Caltrans has the following comments: <br /> Caltrans has determined that this project will contribute to cumulative impacts at the <br /> intersection of Interstate 5 and Kasson Road.
