Kasson Road APN: 239-060-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately twenty-two (22) Feet NGVD. <br /> Kasson Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. Interstate 5 has an existing right-of-way of variable width and a planned right-of-way <br /> width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in <br /> in a forty-two (42) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Kasson Road to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage. (A $280.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br />
