HAZELTON AVENUE STOCKTON, CA CONSENT AGREEMENT FOR MITIGATION MEASURES PROPOSED IN MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR MOUNTAIN HOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD"F"TENTATIVE MAP PROJECT NAME: Mountain House Neighborhood"F" FILE NUMBER: SU00-03; MP00-01 Tentative Map SP00-01;PP00-01;GP00-11 APPLICATION: Subdivision Approval; Specific Plan I APN: 209-050-002 Amendments; Master Plan Amendments; Special 209-050-003 Purpose Plan Amendment; General Plan Amendment 209-050-004 APPLICANT: Trimark Communities 3120 Tracy Blvd., Suite A Tracy, CA 95376 LOCATION: Mountain House Parkway(between I-205 and Byron Road) Trimark Communities, the applicant, hereby agrees to implement the mitigation measures described herein which are recommended for the Neighborhood"F"project based on the assessment of environmental impacts in the Initial Study and are incorporated into the preparation of the Mitigated Negative Declaration (pursuant to Section 21157.5 of the Public Resources Code and Article 6 of the State CEQA Guidelines) for the proposed project. Trimark Communities, the applicant, further understands that these mitigation measures or similar mitigation measures must be adopted as conditions of approval with this project request in order to reduce the potential environmental impacts of the project to an insignificant level. The mitigation measures required to reduce the potentially significant impacts of the project to an insignificant level are as follows: Transportation/Traffic TRAFFIC-1: The project sponsor shall fund the preparation of a Project Study Report(PSR)for the I-205 interchange at Mountain House Parkway prior to the approval of the first final map.
