As part of an overall <br /> economic development program,specific job <br /> development efforts shall offer various incentives to <br /> prospective developers and tenants. In addition,there <br /> shall be close coordination with a network of brokers <br /> specializing in commercial and industrial land uses to <br /> target specific industries and companies and to mount <br /> a recruiting effort that may be international in scope. <br /> Other commercial and industrial developers,the San <br /> Joaquin Partnership, and the County shall be integrated <br /> into the program. Further information about the active <br /> Jobs/Housing forms of marketing in the job development program is <br /> 308 3.9.2.I.b Program contained in Appendix 3-A. A full-time economic <br /> development position,with support staff as necessary, <br /> shall be created so that potential employers can be <br /> actively pursued and secured. An individual qualified <br /> in the aspects of job development identified in the <br /> Master Plan shall be hired to fill the position. The <br /> Master Developer initially,or a coalition of builders <br /> and landowners ultimately, shall fund the position until <br /> such time as it is no longer needed, as determined by <br /> the County.
