MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Jobs/Housing Reviews. The San Joaquin County <br /> Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearing, <br /> referred to as a Jobs/Housing Review,to review the <br /> progress of the jobsihousing program at the following <br /> specified times: Prior to the approval of any Specific <br /> Plan which contains residential development,but no <br /> sooner than after 2,000 residential units have been <br /> constructed(excluding the first Specific Plan or <br /> Specific Plan Amendment). When 4,000, 8,000, <br /> 12,000, and 16,000 residential units have been <br /> completed and annual monitoring information <br /> becomes available, if a review has not already been <br /> conducted in the previous calendar year. At any other <br /> times determined appropriate by the Board of <br /> Supervisors(e.g.,scheduling of a Jobs/Housing <br /> Review by the Board to evaluate the circumstances for <br /> non achievement of jobs/housing ratios). To <br /> determine whether the community is meeting its <br /> 'obs/housing goals, the following will be tracked: <br /> Jobs/Housing Best Case Ratios: Best Case Ratios resulting from <br /> 310 3.9.2.I.d Program project development should generally conform with NA See#301 <br /> 10/03/2000 MHMP.CHECKLIST-928 Page65 <br />
