MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis- Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Enforcement. Following considerations of all public <br /> testimony,written materials and recommendations of <br /> the Planning Commission, received during the <br /> Jobs/Housing Review,the Board shall decide on a <br /> course of action to address the jobs/housing issue. The <br /> Board may take one or more of the following actions: <br /> (I) Find that no action is necessary;or (2)Direct <br /> County staff to revise jobs/housing targets;and/or (3) <br /> Recommend that certain actions be taken to increase <br /> job creation;and/or (4)Approve future Specific Plans <br /> only if the Board of Supervisors is satisfied that the <br /> community will reach minimum jobs/housing ratios. <br /> Any proposed action by the Board that would affect <br /> the mix and/or rate of residential development shall <br /> require the preparation of a study for Board <br /> consideration and action that assesses the impacts on <br /> affected parties(e.g.,the CSD,CFDs,private <br /> developers,bond shareholders,the County,etc.). This <br /> study shall also consider potential undesirable impacts <br /> Jobs/Housing arising from such Board action(e.g., possible <br /> 311 3.9.2.1.e Program restriction on the creation of population-serving jobs an NA See 001 None. <br /> Land Use Change.
