(Part A) Each neighborhood <br /> shall contain a specified minimum number of second <br /> unit dwellings. At least 6.5%of the total R/VL, R/L <br /> and R/M units approved for each neighborhood shall <br /> be designated to include second unit dwellings. <br /> Tentative Maps shall identify lots or parcels designated <br /> for second unit dwellings. For each lot or parcel <br /> designated to contain a second unit dwelling,building <br /> Affordable permits for the primary single family dwelling and the Y,as <br /> Housing second unit shall be issued concurrently. (See Part B, condition COA-1,2, 5, <br /> 324 3.9.3.I.a.4 Program below) ed See# 127& 128. 14 <br /> Part B: The final inspection for the second unit <br /> dwelling shall also take place concurrently with the <br /> final inspection for the primary single family dwelling. <br /> Second unit dwellings shall not be subject to the <br /> Affordable Housing Impact Fee(described below). <br /> For the purpose of calculating the Affordable Housing Subsequent building permit applications will require <br /> Affordable Impact Fee, it is assumed that one-third of the second that final inspection for second unit dwellings shall <br /> Housing unit dwellings will be leased to lower income take place concurrently with the final inspection for <br /> 325 3.9.3.I.a.4 Program households.
