The Mountain <br /> House Housing Trust Fund(MHHTF)shall be created <br /> by the County for the sole purpose of providing <br /> funding for affordable housing development in <br /> Mountain House. The MHHTF shall receive revenues <br /> generated by the Affordable Housing Impact Fee. To <br /> advise the Board of Supervisors in the administration <br /> of the MHHTF,the County shall establish a Mountain <br /> House Housing Advisory Board,consisting of the <br /> following members: The Director of the San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development Department;the <br /> Director of the Housing Authority of San Joaquin <br /> County;one board member of the Mountain House <br /> Community Services District;and two members <br /> selected by the Board of Supervisors who have <br /> Affordable demonstrated expertise in the field of housing and/or a <br /> Housing commitment to ensuring that housing within Mountain <br /> 328 3.9.3.I.a.6 Program House is affordable.
