To capitalize the <br /> MHHTF,the County shall establish an Affordable <br /> Housing Impact Fee. The Affordable Housing Impact <br /> Fee shall be based on the Affordable Housing Impact <br /> Fee Technical Report(AHFTR)which shall specify <br /> the methodology and serve as the basis for the fee <br /> computation. The fee itself shall consist of two <br /> components: a fee per dwelling unit square foot and a <br /> fee per lot square foot. The fee for each of these fee <br /> components shall be specified by a resolution adopted <br /> by the County and shall be revised in accordance with <br /> the provisions of the County's Affordable Housing <br /> Impact Fee ordinance. The Affordable Housing <br /> Impact Fee shall be levied against all new residential <br /> development in Mountain House,except second unit <br /> dwellings, Density Bonus Units,and Additional Town <br /> Affordable Center Units,and shall be payable at the time of <br /> Housing building permit issuance.
