Mascot Boulevard: The intersection of Mascot Boulevard and Mountain House Parkway <br /> shall be improved to provide two northbound, left-turn lanes on Mountain House <br /> Parkway. In addition, the free-right turn recommended on the eastbound approach shall <br /> be constructed such that the traffic using this lane merges into southbound Mountain <br /> House Parkway traffic into a separate travel lane. A southbound acceleration lane located <br /> south of Mascot Boulevard shall be provided to insure a smooth and unrestricted <br /> transition onto Mountain House Parkway. To accommodate the northbound dual left-turn <br /> lanes, Mascot Boulevard shall be constructed as a four-lane facility between Mountain <br /> House Parkway and the first residential access point to the west of DeAnza Boulevard. <br /> Timing: condition shall be met be fore approval of first Final Map. <br /> [Mit Neg Dec mitigation TRAFFIC-3] <br /> 22.
