The Chevron pipeline within the Byron <br /> Road right-of-way and the Santa Fe Pacific pipeline within the railroad right-of-way shall <br /> also be relocated as per agreements with the respective companies. Pipeline relocation <br /> plans shall be consistent with the Pipeline Safety Plan within the adopted Emergency <br /> Preparedness Plan and shall be reviewed and approved by CSD and Pipeline Agency, and <br /> shall be included within improvement plans.
