Interim Water Quality Basin Mosquito Abatement: Plans for the implementation and <br /> maintenance of the interim water quality basins and any other storm drainage facilities <br /> involving open bodies of water shall be reviewed and approved by the Mosquito <br /> Abatement District. <br /> Timing: Improvement plans, condition shall be met before approval of first Final Map <br /> [SP 15.1.7] <br /> HAZARDS <br /> 30.
