MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis- Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Part B: Adjacent Land Uses: Surrounding land uses <br /> shall be compatible with schools and shall not pose a <br /> potential health or safety risk. Adjacency to intensive <br /> commercial, industrial,and agricultural uses shall be <br /> avoided and the design of nearby commercial uses <br /> shall be coordinated with the School District. School <br /> sites shall not be immediately adjacent to each other. <br /> As shown on the Zoning Diagram,the school is <br /> School sites shall be located to enable joint use of fronted on the North, South,and West by collector <br /> parks, libraries,museums, and other public services roadways. The areas adjacent to these roadways are <br /> whenever possible. Schools and parks shall be zoned for residential uses. To the East,the school is <br /> School Siting adjacent whenever possible. adjacent to the neighborhood park which provides a <br /> 495 5.1.4.P.d Criteria Y buffer from the neighborhood commercial area. Sites shall be <br /> easily accessible from Arterial roads(in accordance <br /> with Highway Design Manual Table 201.1). Sites <br /> shall comply with School Bus requirements for <br /> driveways. The preferred configuration is to have <br /> streets and sidewalks adjacent on only two sides of the As shown on the Tentative Map,the school is located <br /> school site. To insure response by the California in close proximity to arterial roadways on publicly <br /> Highway Patrol in the event of bus accidents, schools maintained collector streets. Information regarding <br /> should be located on publicly maintained roads.
