Less distance may be <br /> allowed as determined by local risk analysis study to <br /> insure that cargo,speed,grade,curves,type of track <br /> pose no injury or damage risk on the school site. <br /> Sound Level: Adjacency to freeways, roads,airports, <br /> and other noise generators shall be considered to <br /> determine that sound will not affect the educational <br /> program on the school site.
