The program shall <br /> include the following elements: The option of using <br /> the Tracy Materials Recovery and Transfer station as a <br /> drop-off for all recyclable household hazardous waste <br /> such as used oil,oil filters,automotive batteries and <br /> used antifreeze. <br /> Compliance with the regional hazardous waste <br /> material program. There shall be coordination through <br /> a public information program to implement the work <br /> performed by the County.
