A <br /> Hazardous Materials Management Plan shall be <br /> developed for submittal with State permits for the <br /> water treatment facility and for the wastewater facility. <br /> This plan will address the disposal of potentially <br /> hazardous chemicals used in the water and the <br /> wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities. The <br /> management plan shall be based on the State Health <br /> and Safety Code Chapter 6.95, Division 20, Section <br /> 25500. Included will be chemical inventory sheets of <br /> all the chemicals used and/or stored on-site. The <br /> Solid Waste information will be provided on forms provided by the <br /> (Hazardous County with the intent to identify every potentially <br /> Materials from hazardous material used at the plants.
