This plan shall include,at a <br /> minimum,a program for compliance with the <br /> implementation measures of this section and shall <br /> include the mapping and assessment of pipelines <br /> Fuel Lines and within Specific Plan I boundaries as specified in <br /> 618 6.8.1.P.b Pipelines Implementation b). For areas located within 500 feet of <br /> any pipeline,a preliminary site assessment shall be <br /> prepared prior to submittal of a Tentative Map by a <br /> qualified professional in compliance with the <br /> requirements of the County Environmental Health <br /> Department. if contamination is identified,an <br /> investigation and remediation shall be undertaken in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the County and <br /> Fuel Lines and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
