COA-30 <br /> Potential hazards existing on the site shall be identified <br /> and avoided as part of the community development. <br /> Other Potential Such hazards include abandoned gas exploration wells, <br /> 633 6.8.4.P.a Hazards and agricultural facilities and canals. Corrective actions, <br /> such as well abandonment and soil remediation, if <br /> required,must be completed prior to recordation of a No gas wells on or within 500 feet of project. <br /> Final Map or the issuance of a building permit for the Hazarous wastes addressed by Condition of Approval. <br /> Other Potential affected area,whichever occurs first.
