MOUNTAIN HOUSE <br /> MASTER PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis- Conditions o <br /> Section tency Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA Finding of Fact/Analysis and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> Site Searches/Assessments. With the submittal of <br /> Tentative Map,other than a"Preliminary" Map,the <br /> applicant shall submit a Site Assessment prepared in <br /> accordance with ASTM Standards to assess the <br /> presence of any fuel, pesticide,herbicide,or chemical <br /> residue on or under the soil that is listed on the State or <br /> Federal list of toxic materials. A component of the <br /> required site assessment shall be an investigation of the <br /> location and condition of currently used and <br /> abandoned water wells. Wells shall be retrofitted or <br /> properly abandoned prior to construction. If any <br /> residues are found in excess of the allowable amounts, <br /> then a program of corrective action will be undertaken <br /> and implemented prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Corrective actions shall be conducted in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the County <br /> Environmental Health Department and the applicable <br /> State Agency(i.e., Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Other Potential Board,California Dept. of Toxic Substances Control, <br /> 636 6.8.4.I.b Hazards etc.).
