No EMF regulations or standards will <br /> be applied to any land use other than schools until such <br /> time as official regulations or standards have been <br /> established. In the future, if the California Department <br /> of Health Services or other responsible state or federal <br /> regulatory agencies should adopt EMF standards,such <br /> standards shall be incorporated into development plans <br /> for the community. Such standards may include <br /> required residential building setbacks for living <br /> quarters(excluding storage buildings and garages)and <br /> Electric and may or may not result in fewer units in affected <br /> 644 6.9.La Magnetic Fields neighborhoods.
