The proposed <br /> realignment shall be shown in the first residential <br /> Specific Plan north of Byron Road. The alignment <br /> will be located as far as possible from any residential <br /> Electric and land uses and will be relocated prior to the issuance of <br /> 646 6.9.I.c Magnetic Fields any residential building permits north of Byron Road. NA Outside of Neighborhood "F." None. <br /> Additional Residential Setbacks. Additional setbacks <br /> for residential uses shall be established if future <br /> research indicates that such setbacks are necessary to <br /> ensure the public health and safety. Each Specific <br /> Plan adjacent to the Rio Oso-Tesla easement that <br /> contains residential development(i.e.,Neighborhoods <br /> A, B and D)shall include an analysis of potential EMF <br /> hazards for residential uses using the best available <br /> information.
