occupation of 25 dwelling units. The developer shall coordinate with the CSD to locate <br /> bus stops within the residential portions of Neighborhood "F". Candidate locations shall <br /> be at locations where the pedestrian corridors meet the collector street system. Bus stops <br /> shall also be placed at the western end of Wicklund Crossing at the neighborhood park <br /> entry. [MP; SPI 9.3.5, 9.3.7a; Mit Neg Dec COA TRAFFIC-4] <br /> 64. The developer shall enter into a funding agreement with the CSD for the preparation of a <br /> Project Study Report (PSR) for the Mountain House Parkway/I-205 interchange prior to <br /> the approval of the first Final Map. [Mit Neg Dec mitigation TRAFFIC-1] <br /> 65. Construction Traffic shall comply with the Constriction Truck Management Plan <br /> administered by the CSD. Each project construction plans shall include specifications to <br /> the contractor outlining compliance requirements. [MP 9.3.1 g)] <br /> 66. To insure a higher level of pedestrian safety within the neighborhood near the school, the <br /> following elements shall be evaluated as part of preparation and approval of the roadway <br /> improvement plans within the Neighborhood"F": <br /> • Design the pedestrian corridors either within the school or within the adjacent <br /> residential areas so that both sides of the pedestrian corridors lineup. At each location <br /> where the pedestrian corridor and collector street interface, warning signs shall be <br /> installed. <br /> • A speed table (raised intersection), lighted warning signs, or other safety features, <br /> mid-block where the pedestrian corridor crosses the street. <br /> UTILITIES <br /> 67. The developer shall be responsible for coordinating the design for the installation of other <br /> utilities that are required for the development but not to be owned and maintained by the <br /> CSD. These other utilities include electric power, natural gas, cable television and <br /> communications. Prior to the execution of a subdivision agreement between the CSD and <br /> the developer, the developer shall provide copies of letters of intent that indicate that the <br /> utility companies will serve the project consistent with the CSD service provider <br /> agreements. Prior to start of construction,the developer shall provide evidence <br /> satisfactory to the CSD indicating where each utility company will be locating their <br /> facilities. <br /> 68. When any portion of an arterial street is to be included in a development's construction <br /> plans, then all of the buried utilities that are ultimately planned to be within the <br /> improvement area shall be installed as part of the street improvement project regardless if <br /> any of the utilities are needed for any phase of the development associated with the street <br /> construction. Conduits or sleeves may be installed in lieu of the buried utility if approved <br /> by the CSD. If any buried utility located outside an improvement area of an arterial street <br /> (such as storm drainage facilities) are needed to serve the development improvements, <br /> then such facilities shall be installed as part of the construction of the development's <br /> improvements. <br /> 14 <br /> 10/05/00 <br />
