None. <br /> PHASING AND <br /> 1110 9.1 COSTS <br /> As described in the Public Financing Plan,fees levied <br /> and collected by the CSD or the County will fund three <br /> separate improvement programs: 1)community <br /> transportation,2)County transportation,and 3) <br /> regional transportation, including freeway <br /> improvements and transit.
