All construction projects shall comply with all applicable CSD, County, and Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board standards for erosion control. <br /> IV. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Gabriel Karam, 468-3023) <br /> 99. All conditions on the "Will Serve" letter from the Mountain House Community Services <br /> District dated October 15, 1999 shall be met prior to approval of Final Map. <br /> 100. Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees (TIMF) will be required prior to issuance of building <br /> permits and shall be noticed by a statement on the Final Map. <br /> 101. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plans for each individual <br /> lot. Prior to issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall be approved, as evidenced <br /> by a letter from the Mountain House CSD. A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements and approval of the <br /> Department of Health Services, Drinking Water Field Operations Branch,prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. Destroy the abandoned well(s), if any, under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division prior to issuance of building permits. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 106. Open, pump, and backfill any septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 107. All liquid and solid wastes from construction operations are to be retained on the <br /> premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. (Porter-Cologne Water <br /> Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263) <br /> 108.
