Nothing in this condition is intended nor shall it modify or change any right or obligation <br /> created by the Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement. <br /> 90. No building permit shall be issued for Neighborhood F until such time the water <br /> treatment plant is accepted by the CSD for operation and maintenance, and the raw water <br /> supply facilities have been completed and fully operational and accepted by the Byron <br /> Bethany Irrigation District. <br /> AIR QUALITY <br /> 91. The developer shall comply with rules of the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution <br /> Control District regarding reducing dust emissions during construction. During <br /> construction, the following measures shall be implemented: <br /> • While in transport all earth material transported off-site shall be either sufficiently <br /> watered or securely covered to prevent excessive amounts of dust. <br /> • All internal combustion engine driven equipment shall be properly maintained and <br /> well tuned according to the manufacturer's specifications. <br /> • Construction activities shall be conducted in a manner such that dust emissions are <br /> minimized. <br /> • Specifications shall be placed on all construction plans advising the contractors of <br /> their responsibility for complying with air quality regulations. <br /> 92. The development shall comply with applicable measures shown in Table V-15 of the <br /> Initial Study. <br /> 93. Trees within the right-of-way of Mountain House Parkway and Central Parkway shall be <br /> planted as part of the roadway construction. Trees shall come in containers no less than <br /> ten gallons, and shall be planted so that the canopies are close together upon maturity. <br /> HYDROLOGY AND WATER QUALITY <br /> 94. The design of all storm water quality control basins shall conform to design parameters <br /> set forth in the California State Best Management Practices Manual, and shall be <br /> reviewed and approved by the CSD prior to the approval of the first Final Map. <br /> 95. An interim storm water-pumping plan for evacuating floodwater from behind the Old <br /> River Levee shall be prepared by the developer and reviewed and approved by the CSD. <br /> The CSD approval must occur prior to the approval of the first Final Map. <br /> 96. The developer shall implement the recommendations as stated in the storm water reports <br /> for Neighborhood"F" into the infrastructure improvement plans for the community prior <br /> to the approval of the first Final Map. <br /> 97. All constructed berms or levees along Mountain House Creek shall have a minimum of <br /> three feet of freeboard between the calculated 100-year water surface elevation and the <br /> 10/05/00 19 <br />
