These temporary sports fields may be constructed either at <br /> the 1 I acre community park site,or on a portion of the first high <br /> school site within the Specific Plan Area for use until such time as <br /> the land is needed by the high school. Whether or not sports fields <br /> are constructed at the I 1-acre community park location,the <br /> construction of the permanent park shall occur prior to the issuance <br /> of the 2,000th dwelling unit permit.
