ATTACHMENT A <br /> FACILITIES <br /> 1. Wastewater treatment plant, collection, disposal, and treatment systems that <br /> meet Public works standards, State and Federal permit requirements and are <br /> acceptable to the CSD. <br /> 2. Potable water treatment plant, storage, distribution systems that meet Public <br /> works standards, State and Federal permit requirements and are acceptable to <br /> the CSD. <br /> 3. Raw water intake conveyance facilities that meet State, Federal and BBID <br /> requirements and are acceptable to CSD. <br /> 4. Storm water, collection, conveyance, storage, and discharge systems that meet <br /> Public works, State and Federal standards and are acceptable to the CSD. <br /> 5. Roadways, arterials, collectors and landscaping that meet Public Works <br /> standards and are acceptable to the CSD. <br /> 6. Fire station and equipment necessary to prove Class I fire service that are <br /> acceptable to the CSD and built to County standards. <br /> 7. Other facilities as are required by the Community Approvals designated in the <br /> Development Agreement. <br /> ♦ Public Works standards shall mean County Public Works standards that shall <br /> be replaced by CSD standards when adopted. <br />
