areas when there is no DISTRICT scheduled activity. When no uses are scheduled in the <br /> school play areas by either the DISTRICT or the CSD, the public will be given access. <br /> The DISTRICT may directly provide, or contract with the CSD or other third parry <br /> provider to maintain landscape areas of the school play areas. The DISTRICT may <br /> develop and enforce such rules and regulations as are necessary to insure safe and <br /> acceptable use of school play areas. <br /> 8. Schedule and Use of School Facilities <br /> The DISTRICT shall maintain sole priority for scheduling all uses of all DISTRICT school <br /> facilities at all times. The DISTRICT may develop and enforce such rules and regulations <br /> as are necessary to insure safe and acceptable use of DISTRICT school facilities by other <br /> users. A copy of any such rules and regulations shall be sent to the CSD. The DISTRICT <br /> shall be responsible for maintenance.c)f DISTRICT school facilities identified as availshle. <br /> for other users, agreeing to maintain them to a level consistent with other DISTRICT <br /> facilities. The DISTRICT may charge other scheduled users, including the CSD, for use <br /> and clean up of DISTRICT facilities consistent with the Civic Center Act. <br /> The CSD agrees to provide personnel deemed necessary by the DISTRICT for proper <br /> conduct and supervision of their use of any DISTRICT school facilities during all hours of <br /> CSD use. <br /> The CSD agrees to repair or cause to be repaired or will reimburse the DISTRICT for <br /> cost of repairing damage done to any DISTRICT facilities during CSD use of those <br /> facilities that is attributed to other than ordinary or reasonable wear and tear resulting <br /> from such use. <br /> 9. Joint Participation in Other FacilitiesiServices <br /> The DISTRICT and the CSD will participate to the fullest extent possible in the <br /> development and/or operation of other facilities i.e., data distribution systems, corporation <br /> yards, warehouses, transportation services, offices and any other facilities or programs <br /> deemed appropriate by the governing boards. If it is determined by the DISTRICT that <br /> participation is not in the DISTRICT's best interest, the DISTRICT is not obligated to <br /> participate. If it is determined by the CSD that participation is not in the CSD's best <br /> interest, the CSD is not obligated to participate. The CSD and DISTRICT will establish <br /> such administrative and appointed committees as are necessary to insure cooperation in <br /> implementing this agreement. <br /> 10. General Liability Insurance <br /> The DISTRICT will provide the CSD with a certificate of General Liability Insurance with <br /> a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 with an endorsement naming the CSD, <br /> 4 <br />
