The CSD shall be responsible for management of all construction of mutually approved <br /> final designs on Joint Use Areas, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the CSD and <br /> the DISTRICT. <br /> 4. Maintenance of Joint Use Areas <br /> The CSD shall be responsible for maintenance of each the Joint Use Areas agreeing to <br /> maintain them to a level consistent with other CSD park facilities. If the DISTRICT is <br /> using the Joint Use Area for school activities at a particular site, the DISTRICT agrees to <br /> reimburse the CSD for 1/2 of all costs to maintain that particular Joint Use Areas. If the <br /> DISTRICT does not use the Joint Use Areas for school activities, the CSD will be solely <br /> responsible for maintenance costs. Determination of District use shall be on a semiannual <br /> basis. To meet its 1/2 obligation, the DISTRICT may at its discretion directly provide for <br /> maintenanrP of the Joint Use'area. The CS"7'm_y contra for. landscape maintenance <br /> services of the Joint Use Areas which shall take into account any such DISTRICT <br /> provided maintenance of the area in satisfaction of its 1/2 obligation of costs. <br /> S. School Site Parking Lots <br /> The DISTRICT agrees to make its parking lots at school sites open to the general public <br /> during non-DISTRICT school function hours. The DISTRICT maintains the right to <br /> schedule and reserve use of its school parking lots for DISTRICT activities at any time. <br /> 6. Schedule and Use of Joint Use Areas <br /> The DISTRICT shall have priority use of all Joint Use Areas at any time for regularly or <br /> specially scheduled DISTRICT school functions. During DISTRICT use, the DISTRICT <br /> may develop and enforce any rules and regulations necessary for the safe and beneficial <br /> use of the area. A copy of any such rules and regulations shall be sent to the CSD. When <br /> not scheduled for DISTRICT USE, the CSD shall have priority use of all Joint Use Ares. <br /> During CSD use of Joint Use Areas, the CSD may develop and enforce any rules and <br /> regulations necessary for the safe and beneficial use of the area. A copy of any such rules <br /> or reuulations shall be sent to the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT shall periodically provide <br /> the CSD a schedule of regular ongoing and future special DISTRICT uses of the Joint Use <br /> Area When there are no regular or special uses scheduled by the DISTRICT or the CSD, <br /> the Joint Use Areas shall be open to the general public. <br /> 7. Schedule and Use of School Play Areas <br /> The DISTRICT shall be responsible for all aspects of school play areas including <br /> maintenance costs. The DISTRICT shall have first priority for scheduling use of school <br /> play areas at all times. The CSD shall have first priority for scheduling use of school play <br />
