MOUNTAIN HOUSE GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FINDINGS <br /> Project Action or <br /> Consis- Conditions o <br /> Section tency Finding of Fact/Analysis Approval <br /> 1 Heading# Title Text Y/N/NA and Evidence of Compliance (COA) <br /> The Mountain House Neighborhood"F"Project <br /> Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration, <br /> SCH 9900020776 notes that: 1)a Fire Protection Plan <br /> prepared and approved for the proposed project covers <br /> the treatment of hazardous materials; 2)a less than <br /> significant impact could result from public exposure to <br /> explosives, fire,or the release of haszardous materials <br /> during railway accidents on the line crossing the <br /> northern portion of the Mountain House New Town <br /> site,approximately 2,500 feet north of the proposed <br /> project; 3)an Emergency Operations Plan has been <br /> prepared by the County to account for the procedures <br /> to be undertaken in the event of an emergency;4)no <br /> significant impacts requiring further mitigation would <br /> be likely related to a reasonably foreseeable upset or <br /> accident involving hazardous materials. Fire service <br /> Pro ect Review. Fire and law enforcement hazards for the proposed project would be provided by the <br /> shall be determined in project review and shall be Tracy Fire Department under contract to the CSD. <br /> Fire Safety and prevented or mitigated to acceptable levels of risk.
