Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall be approved by the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service that is approved by the Department <br /> of Health Services, Drinking Water Field Operations Branch prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)) prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division.
