Such offsite <br /> improvements,however,are being designed to avoid <br /> any impact to any existing wetlands or to the Mountain <br /> House Creek. (Specifically,offsite improvements are <br /> Vegetation, being designed to avoid contact with any delineated <br /> Fish,and wetlands or other jurisdictional boundaries of the <br /> Wildlife Habitat Army Corps of Engineers and the California <br /> (Resource Department of Fish and Game.)
