Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission recommend that the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration; <br /> 2. Approve General Plan Amendment No. GP-00-11,based on the ability to make the required <br /> "Basis for General Plan Amendment;" <br /> 3. Approve Master Plan Amendment No. MP-00-01,based on the ability to make the required <br /> "Basis for Master Plan Amendment;" <br /> 4. Approve Specific Plan Amendment No. SP-00-01,based on the ability to make the required <br /> "Basis for Specific Plan Amendment;" <br /> 5. Approve Special Purpose Plan Amendment No. PP-00-01,based on the ability to make the <br /> required"Basis for Special Purpose Plan Amendment;" <br /> Findings <br /> Basis for General Plan Amendment(GP-00-11): <br /> 1. The proposed General Plan amendments are internally consistentwith the General Plan <br /> such that internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of the <br /> amendment. <br /> This determination can be made since it has been found that the proposed General Plan <br /> amendments are consistentwith other elements and provisions of the General Plan. <br /> 2. The proposed General Plan amendments will not adversely affect the jobs/housing program <br /> and housing affordability. <br /> This determination can be made since it has been found that the proposed General Plan <br /> amendments will have no effect on overall land use buildout levels or densities and will <br /> have no effect on the jobs/housing program and housing affordability. <br /> 3. The proposed General Plan amendmentswill not adversely affect the Public Financing Plan. <br /> • This determination can be made since it has been found that the proposed General Plan <br /> amendments will have no effect on overall land use buildout levels or densities and will <br /> have no effect on public financing within Mountain House. <br /> 4.
