BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R-99-472, CONCERNING SPECIFIC PLAN <br /> REIMBURSEMENT FEES, BY ADDING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE COMPONENT TO THE <br /> MOUNTAIN HOUSE MASTER SPECIFIC PLAN REIMBURSEMENT FEE AND THE MOUNTAIN <br /> HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN I REIMBURSEMENT FEE. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 1999, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. R-99- <br /> 472 which established The Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee and the <br /> Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee-, and <br /> WHEREAS, said fees did not include an administrative fee component to cover the <br /> County's cost of administering the Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee and <br /> the Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board finds that it is essential that the County not be burdened by the <br /> cost of administering these reimbursement fees, in accordance with the General Plan policy that <br /> new communities shall not adversely affect the fiscal resources of the County; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mountain House Master Specific Plan <br /> Reimbursement Fee and the Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee amounts are <br /> hereby amended and adopted, as follows: <br /> 1. The Base Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee and the Base Mountain ` <br /> Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee shall initially be set at$1039 per acre and $886 per acre <br /> respectively, as of June 2001. <br /> 2. Commencing on July 1" of each succeeding year, the Base Mountain House Master Specific <br /> Plan Reimbursement Fee and the Base Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted by the change, if any, in the Consumer Price Index (otherwise <br /> known as"CPI"), San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Index for Urban Wage Earners and <br /> Clerical Workers—All Items, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of <br /> Labor(1967=100). The adjustment in said base reimbursement fees shall be calculated as <br /> follows: Each applicable base reimbursement fee shall be multiplied by a fraction having a <br /> numerator equal to the most recent June CPI and having a denominator equal to the June <br /> 2001 CPI. <br /> 3. The total Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee per acre shall include a <br /> 5% surcharge to cover the County's cost of administering the Mountain House Master <br /> Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee. This total fee per acre shall be determined by adding the <br /> Base Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee to 5%times the Base <br /> Mountain House Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee. <br /> 4. The total Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee per acre shall include a 5% <br /> surcharge to cover the County's cost of administering the Mountain House Specific Plan I <br /> Reimbursement Fee. This total fee per acre shall be determined by adding the Base <br /> Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee to 5% times the Base Mountain House <br /> Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee. <br /> 5. The total amount owed on property subject to either the Mountain House Master Specific Plan <br /> Reimbursement Fee or the Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee or both fees <br /> shall be calculated by multiplying the gross acreage of the subject property by each applicable <br /> 12 <br />
