application fee schedule: development of Mountain House application review procedures; <br /> revisions to the Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee Ordinance and Resolution; development of <br /> procedures for the mitigation monitoring program and the community monitoring program for <br /> Mountain House: and modifications to community plans and programs. All such documents and <br /> invoices are on file with the San Joaquin County Community Development Department. The total <br /> cost of preparing and/or adopting the Mountain House Master Specific Plan and Supporting <br /> Documents has been determined by County staff to be$4,377,512,as of July 30, 1999, plus <br /> $60,519 for Scope of Work No 9 activities for the period February 1, 2001 through June 30, 2001. <br /> This determination is based on the estimated percentage of time spent by consultants and County <br /> staff on Master Specific Plan activities and on activities relative to the Supporting Documents. <br /> II. Mountain House Specific Plan I and Related Supporting Documents <br /> The Master Developer shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all eligible costs incurred by <br /> the Master Developer in the preparation and/or adoption of Specific Plan I and related Supporting <br /> Documents. The Supporting Documents for Specific Plan I include the Special Purpose Plan and <br /> the pro rata share of the following documents relevant to Specific Plan I: the Affordable Housing <br /> Program; the Community Monitoring Program; the Mountain House Design Standards; the <br /> Mountain House Development Title; the draft and final Environmental Impact Reports; the Fire <br /> Protection Plan; the Initial Transit Services Plan; the Parks & Open Space Plan;the <br /> Transportation Demand Management Plan;the Transportation System Management Program; <br /> the Parking Management Program; Mountain House Creek and Old River Discharge Plan; studies <br /> and analyses relative to public school services, roads and arterials, storm and flood,water supply, <br /> wastewater treatment, and wetlands; the Public Financing Plan; the Public Financing Report; the <br /> Preliminary Feasibility Study; the Public Land Equity Program; the Public Services Allocation <br /> Agreement; and the Mountain House Implementation Strategy. All such documents and invoices <br /> are on file with the San Joaquin County Community Development Department. The total cost of <br /> preparing and/or adopting the Mountain House Specific Plan I and Supporting Documents has <br /> been determined by County staff to be$1,085,639 as of July 30, 1999. This determination is <br /> based on the estimated percentage of time spent by consultants and County staff on Specific Plan <br /> I activities and on activities relative to the Supporting Documents. <br /> III. Other Specific Plans and Supporting Documents <br /> Developers of Specific Plans for the'Business Park Expansion Area"and the"Old River <br /> Industrial Park Expansion Area" (as shown on Exhibit B: Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee <br /> Area), and Specific Plans other than the Mountain House Master-Specific Plan and Specific Plan <br /> adopted to implement the Master Plan, shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all eligible <br /> costs incurred by saiddevelopers in the preparation and adoption of these Specific Plans and <br /> related Supporting Documents. In order to receive reimbursement for these future Specific Plans, <br /> a separate Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee Resolution for each applicable Specific Plan shall <br /> be adopted by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> t <br /> Il <br />
