Residential Portion of Development <br /> Single-family residential lots would be developed on 209 acres,with individual lots ranging in size from 3,600 <br /> square feet to 7,500 square feet(see Table II-2). Four lots, ranging in size from 4.5 to 8.0 acres(for a total <br /> of 24 acres),would be set aside for high-density residential development(see Figure 2). The allowable density <br /> for medium-density residential development, according to the County's Development Title (San Joaquin <br /> County, 1992)would be 5.7 to 7.0 units per acre,while the proposed density for this land use would be 5.72 <br /> units per acre(380 lots on 66.41 acres).
