MOUNTAIN HOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD' 'PROJECT INITIAL STUDY
Other facilities include a Neighborhood Recreation Facility just west of this neighborhood park. This facility
is anticipated to include a neighborhood pool and related facilities.
A temporary sports field for team play, about 15 acres in size, is proposed north of the proposed project, north
of Mountain House Boulevard(see Figure 2). This sports field would be accessed by way of an extension of
either De Anza Boulevard or Providence Street, both north-south roadways that would cross Mountain House
Boulevard. The temporary sports field would have final construction plans completed prior to the issuance
of the 500 dwelling unit permit. Completion of construction must occur prior to the issuance of the 800`h
dwelling unit permit.
8. Off-Site Development
Off-site development will include projects both outside the boundaries of Neighborhood"F"and projects
outside the boundaries of the Mountain House New Community as discussed above. Improvements such
as the water and wastewater plants, the raw water pump station and conveyance line, and MID Substation
have been the subject of separate environmental review. The proposed flood protection measures outside
of the project site are addressed herein(see Figure 3).
c.'JOBSWCOMIAL MUDYTNALwmNsnmY-Pnrtn.DW(7/2Woo) 15 II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
