Provide hot and cold water with hot water <br /> consistently at 120 F minimum for 3 comp, prep, and mop sinks and 100 F minimum for hand sinks. Corrected on site, <br /> temporarily water may be heated in oven prior to warewashing and plumber was called. Facility must have hot water <br /> available by the re-inspection later today or it will have to close until hot water is available. <br /> The water at the wash compartment was 92 F.
