Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: MORADA CROSSING APARTMENTS, 4142 E MORADA LN, STOCKTON 95212 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed towel papers and toilet paper on floor in women's restroom. Clean restroom and maintain <br />clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean: showers, toilets, dressing <br />facilities, drinking fountains, diaper-changing stations, floors, walls, partitions, doors, and lockers. Showers (except outside) shall be <br />provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br />permanently installed dispensers. Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br />duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. ( CCR 65535, 65551) Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br />Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110*F. (CBC 3116B) <br /> #9 Ladders and Handrails <br />OBSERVATIONS: The double hand rail were loose. Secure hand rails today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Ladders and <br />handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed. At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a point <br />above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck. (CBC 3111B) Pool <br />operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed damaged basket in skimmer near hand rail. Replace basket within 1 week. <br />Several skimmers were missing weir doors. Provide weir doors within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed leaking from pool filter air pressure relief valve. Repair leak within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards. (CBC <br />3123B) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent and effluent pressure gauges had greater than 10 PSI difference. Backwash filters today and <br />clean filters regularly. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
